Robert Howe
Project Manager
Founder of Petra Holdings
Journeyman Carpenter
Job Experience: 38 years
In 1988, Rob founded Petra Holdings Ltd. His debut to the construction industry started in his early 20’s from building garages and decks to eventually starting his own company in the basement of his small family house.

With much dedication and a vision for the future, Rob was able to move this small family business to a much larger scale. He is proud that his children have now taken the reigns and is continuing to pass his years of construction knowledge onto them.
​
He is an experienced journeyman carpenter with more then 40 years of experience in a variety of construction tasks such as project management, site supervision and design in industrial, commercial and residential work.

Ida Howe
Office Manager Founder of Petra Holdings
Accountant CPA
Job Experience: 38 years
Ida always knew she had a passion for numbers. As a young adult she pursued her degree in accounting.

Even though she loves the outdoors and is not afraid to pick up a hammer and get a job done, she knew that her strength was in the office as the main accountant and office manager for Petra Holdings. She enjoys giving back to the community and is passionate about having Petra Holdings continue to make a positive impact in the world.

Jordan Howe

Project Manager /Site Supervisor
Journeyman Carpenter Red Seal
Job Experience: 17 years
Jordan is the son of Rob and Ida. His passion for building began young as he frequently visited jobsites with his Dad. He joined Petra Holdings Ltd. during high school and is now a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with 13 years of experience in a variety of construction tasks such as project management, site supervision and design in industrial, commercial and residential work.

Jordan saw the passion and values his father brought to construction and was excited to be able to move into running the company 3 years ago. He is now working in the role of project management which entails estimating, scheduling, quality control of Petra’s ongoing project

Megan Reinsch
Owner / Office
Manager
Office Management and Design
Job Experience: 10 years
Megan is the daughter of Rob and Ida and started her office management experience at 6 years old when her mom would let her run the invoices into businesses. After achieving her Bachelor of Psychology, Megan chose to take her people skills and apply them to the construction industry. Along with her brother Jordan, Megan saw the passion that her parents had brought to the company and was excited to commit to moving into ownership of the company 3 years ago. She works closely with the project management team to make sure budgeting, receivables, and payables are organized and on time.

Cory Dupre
Site Supervisor / Journeyman Carpenter

Cory Dupre started at Petra Holdings Ltd. in 2014 and quickly finished his education to become a journeyman carpenter and a red seal. Cory brings a passion and a detailed approach to his work and is valued asset on site.
Cory is also the sense of humour on our team and can bring a smile to everyone’s face. He keeps us united by reminding us that we are all here to work hard and also to enjoy what we do. Since achieving his journeyman carpentry status Cory has begun running projects as site supervisor and is continuing to excel in a leadership position.
